Key Responsibilities Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems across the site Respond to breakdowns, swiftly remedy plant faults/defects, and keep systems in serviceable order Use BMS to monitor building conditions and maintain internal environmental standard Manage and monitor subcontractors, ensuring compliance and safe working practices Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks Operate the Permit to Work system in line with site procedures Ensure accurate completion of job records, reports, and CMMS updates Maintain clean and secure plant rooms, presenting a professional image at all times Proactively highlight improvements and support KPI/SLA delivery Contribute to near miss reports, risk assessments, and compliance checks Requirements Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Experience in building services/critical environments (UPS, generators, LV, HVAC etc.) Good knowledge of BMS operation and alarm management Strong awareness of health & safety and safe systems of work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence (if mobile role) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with excellent progression opportunities and the chance to work on critical sites.
