Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support planning and delivery of a Law Chambers' relocation from five existing buildings into a single new premises. The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to coordinate operational, logistical, and stakeholder elements of the move, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of the relocation programme from planning through to post-move stabilisation
Coordinate workstreams including facilities, IT/technology, staff moves, and suppliers
Maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and reporting frameworks
Manage relationships with external suppliers including removal contractors and IT providers
Support logistics planning for the move across all locations • Coordinate furniture, archive, and equipment relocation
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure operational readiness in the new building
Liaise with internal teams including HR, Facilities, and business services • Support staff move planning including schedules and communications
Identify and track risks and issues, escalating as required
Person Specification
Experience delivering relocation, facilities, or operational projects
Strong organisational and coordination skills and Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Desirable: experience in multi-site consolidation or professional services environment
