What you'll be doing The Technical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality and food safety management systems across the site, ensuring full compliance with legal, customer, and industry standards. This includes ownership and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), incorporating HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, allergen management, audit and compliance activities, customer, and product standards, and change control. The role also provides leadership to the Technical Services team, supporting the delivery of a quality-focused culture while ensuring effective management of complaints, coordination of KPI reporting, and maintenance of factory systems (e.g. Redzone, Olympus, and corrective action databases).
