What you'll be doing Taking ownership of IT across the London and Birmingham offices. Acting as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues. Managing the relationship with an outsourced IT Service Desk. Owning hardware lifecycle, asset management and IT procurement. Supporting Microsoft infrastructure including Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and Active Directory. Working alongside global infrastructure engineers on networking, servers and technical projects. Supporting meeting room technology and end-user computing. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. We're looking for Senior IT Support Engineer, Lead IT Support Engineer or hands-on IT Manager experience. Location: London (Hybrid Working) Rate: 28.96 per/hr Contract: Interim / Temporary Client: x2 days office based Working closely with Finance Managers and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in budget management , financial planning , statutory reporting and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.
