The Role As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties. You'll spend your time visiting customers, identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and helping to grow the business within your territory. This role offers plenty of autonomy while being fully supported by an experienced management team committed to your success. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers. Generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Conduct face-to-face customer visits and presentations. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. About You We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, ambition, and the drive to succeed. Ideally, you'll have: Some previous sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, telesales, account management or similar). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A confident and professional approach. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivation and strong organisational skills. A full UK driving license.
