THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the aftersales department, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face
Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
Guiding customers through the complete aftersales journey
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Promoting service plans and additional aftersales products where appropriate
Managing the vehicle handover process while ensuring all procedures are followed
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is desirable but not essential
Experience within hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment will also be considered
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A confident and professional approach to customer service
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The ability to identify opportunities to promote additional products and services
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
