The Role
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from the initial showroom consultation through to the final design and sale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a professional, consultative experience.
- Qualifying customer requirements and understanding their lifestyle, design aspirations and budget.
- Creating inspirational kitchen designs using CAD software.
- Presenting design concepts and quotations with confidence.
- Building strong customer relationships and managing the sales process from enquiry through to order.
- Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity.
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly from design through to completion.
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service throughout the entire journey.
- Achieving individual sales and performance targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys building relationships with customers and has a proven ability to close sales.
You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of two years' experience in kitchen design and sales.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience using kitchen design/CAD software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- The flexibility to work weekends as part of the showroom rota.
