Infrastructure Support Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team delivering secure, high-impact solutions across defence and national security programmes.

This role requires active DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.

You'll be hands-on across both BAU support and project delivery, working with a broad tech stack and solving complex infrastructure challenges.

Expect real variety - from troubleshooting live environments to supporting new deployments.

• Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS)
• Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Microsoft Stack (O365, Exchange, SQL, Teams, SharePoint)
• Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing)
• SAN storage & PowerShell

• Strong infrastructure support background
• Confident troubleshooting complex environments
• Experience working to SLAs & customer KPIs
• Solid communication skills - comfortable with customers
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
