SAP EWM Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid (Bristol)

£500 - £600 per day (Outside IR35)

Initial 6-month contract

Hybrid - primarily on-site at Bristol

Role Overview

An experienced SAP EWM Analyst is required for an initial 6-month engagement, acting as SME for a brand-new SAP EWM implementation at a leading UK food manufacturer. The role covers the design and build of EWM at a new distribution centre and production facility, alongside migrating existing production from SAP WM to SAP EWM. This is a fast-start, hands-on opportunity to lead EWM delivery end-to-end, from kick-off through to go-live and handover to support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME for SAP EWM, gathering requirements and designing future-state processes against SAP best practice.
• Lead configuration and customising, coordinating external consultants where required.
• Deliver functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Produce technical and end-user documentation.
• Provide a stable system landscape and 3rd line support.
• Support cutover/go-live and the transition to routine operations.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

Key Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' experience across EWM, WM and LE.
• Hands-on experience of an SAP EWM implementation, ideally end-to-end.
• Experience in SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes - VAS, Quality Inspections, EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes.
• Master data build experience - Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organisational Structure, Handling Unit settings.
• Post Processing Framework configuration and SAP ERP-EWM system integration.
• Experience across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation, including data migration.
• SAP EWM Certification, Labour/Yard Management, Cross Docking, RF/mobile (SAP Console, ITS Mobile) or interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc) all advantageous.
