We're growing rapidly and are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation, marketing automation, campaign performance, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about using data, strategy, and execution to drive measurable results.

The Role

As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, increase conversion rates, and support ambitious revenue targets.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll oversee the full customer acquisition journey, from campaign creation and CRM automation through to lead nurturing, reporting, and pipeline performance.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be expected to analyse performance, identify opportunities, optimise campaigns, and continuously improve the systems that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and retargeting.
• Manage and develop marketing funnels that convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
• Take ownership of CRM systems, automations, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Create and optimise marketing assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, SMS sequences, and advertising copy.
• Continuously test and improve messaging, offers, targeting, and automation workflows to maximise performance.
• Build scalable marketing systems that support the company's growth ambitions.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results. You're highly analytical but equally comfortable creating campaigns, writing copy, and implementing systems.

We're looking for someone with:

• 4+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Ontraport, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
• A proven track record of generating leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue outcomes.
• Excellent understanding of marketing funnels, automation, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work at pace.
