What You'll Be Doing Health, Safety & Environmental Support Provide day-to-day HSE advice and support to fabrication, plant and operational teams. Monitor compliance with company procedures, legal requirements and project standards. Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify and mitigate risks. Promote a positive safety culture and drive continual improvement across all activities. Risk Management & Compliance Assist in the development and review of risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work. Carry out regular inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations. Support incident reporting, investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring lessons learned are implemented. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and documentation. Training & Communication Deliver or support toolbox talks, briefings and HSE communications. What We're Looking For Skills & Qualifications Experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, fabrication or engineering. Good understanding of UK HSE legislation and compliance requirements. Ability to influence and engage operational teams at all levels. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Competent IT skills for reporting and documentation. Relevant HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent). Personal Attributes Proactive and reliable. Good attention to detail.
