Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + training academy + benefits
Location: London or Manchester (hybrid training, client placement)
Start Date: 1st September 2026 (Academy) | November 2026 (Deployment)
Contract: Full-time 2 year initial fixed term contract, salaried once deployed

Your fast-track in
Over 10 weeks, our academy takes you from graduate to job-ready pricing analyst: Python/R, SQL, statistics, Excel and insurance fundamentals, taught by trainers widely regarded as the best in UK pricing - people who have built and led pricing functions at major insurers and trained hundreds of analysts across the industry.
Then we deploy you straight into a live role at a major UK insurer, with a guaranteed progression plan, ongoing mentoring and a cohort of peers alongside you.
