Sewell Wallis is working with a leading Doncaster-based business who are on the lookout for a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. This role will be on a part-time basis (16 hours per week), which can be worked as two full days or 5 shorter days. To be considered for this Bookkeeper role, you will ideally have experience in self billing for VAT and be able to work to tight reporting deadlines. What will you be doing? Processing a high volume of supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and efficiently. Managing self-billing for VAT and ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements. Recording and reconciling numerous credit/debit card transactions across multiple accounts. Posting daily bank transactions and preparing timely bank reconciliations. Raising and issuing sales invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution (Accounts Receivable).
