About the Role:
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and evolving the marketing function at proAV, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement across the business.
This role is responsible for developing a structured, insight-led and commercially aligned marketing function that drives growth, strengthens market positioning, and enhances the effectiveness of client engagement.
Working closely with sales, business development, and senior leadership, the Marketing Manager ensures that marketing activity contributes meaningfully to business performance while aligning with and informing long-term strategic objectives.
In addition to campaign delivery, the role is accountable for building the systems, processes, and marketing team capability required to support a scalable and high-performing marketing function.
