This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant looking to accelerate their career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The business is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a proactive finance professional who enjoys operating at pace, partnering with stakeholders and using financial insight to drive performance.

Your New Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, maintaining strong controls and supporting commercial decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Delivering insightful variance analysis and financial commentary.
• Ownership of key balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes.
• Business partnering with operational and senior stakeholders.
• Identifying commercial opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
• Driving improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting.
• Supporting strategic growth initiatives and business projects.
• Liaising with auditors and external advisors.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Either recently qualified with proven commercial awareness and looking to make your first move from practice, or already operating in industry in a Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant or similar role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to engage and challenge stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong systems' aptitude.
• A proactive, ambitious approach and desire to progress your career.
