Major Works Project Manager - Canary Wharf Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday Work from home: Once per week (Friday) Duties & Responsibilities Lead on all stages of project delivery from feasibility, concept and design and manage through to completion and sign-off. Totalling over 120,000sqft, this landmark asset offers an exciting opportunity for an accomplished property professional to deliver exceptional standards of building management and occupier service. As Building Manager, you will be responsible for resolving day-to-day building issues, developing strong working relationships with tenants and clients, and producing and managing service charge budgets. The salary for this role is 55,000- 60,000, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service to tenants, while fostering a strong sense of community within the building.
