The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing, refinishing and completing high-quality paintwork on accident-damaged vehicles. Using modern refinishing techniques and manufacturer-approved processes, you'll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless factory-quality finish.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting.
• Mix paints accurately to achieve perfect colour matches.
• Apply water-based paint systems using manufacturer-approved techniques.
• Produce exceptional paint finishes to the highest quality standards.
• Carry out final quality inspections to ensure all work is defect-free.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work efficiently while consistently delivering outstanding workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre.
• Extensive experience using water-based paint systems.
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle refinishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing exceptional quality.
• Stable employment history within the automotive repair industry.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
