The Role
As an Occupational Hygienist, you'll manage a wide range of workplace exposure assessment projects while developing strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting workplace exposure assessments, including dust, fumes, vapours, noise and LEV evaluations
- Designing and implementing exposure monitoring programmes
- Producing detailed technical reports with practical recommendations
- Advising clients on compliance, control measures and monitoring results
- Supporting health surveillance recommendations
- Acting as a technical contact for clients
- Mentoring junior Occupational Hygienists and contributing to technical development
Requirements
The successful Occupational Hygienist will have:
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Hygienist
- Strong technical knowledge of workplace exposure assessments
- Experience producing high-quality technical reports
- A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally
- BOHS qualifications (or working towards them) would be advantageous
