You'll ideally have: A minimum of three GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including Mathematics and a Science subject. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. A professional, customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence. Experience in a technical administration, construction, architectural technology or building-related environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
