Key Responsibilities • Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager • Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations • Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs • Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently • Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits • Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained Skills & Experience • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments • Skilled in time management and cost control • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently • Strong customer service and compliance skills • Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential Our Benefits • An additional premium of £4 per hour whilst running the store • A flexible working contract between 25-35 hours a week • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays • 26 weeks full pay following 1 year service for Maternity and Main Adopter Leave • Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities throughout your Aldi career • Lifestyle benefits including discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets, and holiday deals
