If you're a part-qualified or qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant with manufacturing experience and the ambition to become a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

• Business partnering with Manufacturing and Operations Managers
• Producing meaningful management information that supports commercial decisions
• Costing, margin analysis and profitability reporting
• Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
• Supporting automation and AI-led process improvements
• Leading improvement projects that make a genuine business impact
• Becoming an influential member of the wider management team

• Is studying towards, or has recently qualified in, ACCA or CIMA
• Has experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
• Wants to move beyond producing reports and become a commercial finance professional
• Is curious, ambitious and excited by continuous learning
• Can build relationships with operational stakeholders across the business
