Scheduling engineers and managing daily diaries. Booking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits. Liaising with clients, engineers and subcontractors to coordinate works. Updating internal systems with job progress and completion details. Ensuring service reports and documentation are completed and filed accurately. Successful applicants will have the following experience: Previous experience in an administration or helpdesk role, ideally within Building Services, Facilities Management, Construction or a similar environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience scheduling engineers or coordinating workloads would be advantageous A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
