Planning Manager Job purpose:
The Planning Manager is responsible for advising the business on town planning matters, managing the planning application process on multiple projects, and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes. To ensure that we can deliver the highest quality homes on time and to best value. The role open to Planners/Planning Managers working for a residential developer, consultancy or housing association.
Planning Manager About you:
- Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) accredited degree.
- Associate or Licentiate membership of RTPI (desirable).
- Proven experience, of managing and delivering planning approvals for residential volume housing programmes.
- Experience working for a residential developer, consultancy or housing association.
