The working hours for the Warehouse Admin position is Monday to Friday 06:00 till 14:00. The pay rate for this role is 13.21 This job is temporary with a possibility of going permanent. Job Duties: Create, check, and update warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, commercial invoices (CIs), and other shipping paperwork. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and distributed to the relevant departments and customers. Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer complaints and enquiries, investigating issues thoroughly and providing appropriate resolutions. Understand customer requirements and take ownership of resolving problems effectively. Investigate stock-related discrepancies, shortages, damages, and allocation issues, working closely with warehouse teams to identify solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, stock adjustments, and operational issues. Ensure all emails and customer requests are acknowledged and responded to within agreed timeframes. Liaise with warehouse colleagues, coordinators, transport providers, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Escalate complex issues when necessary while following up to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Update internal systems with accurate information relating to orders, stock movements, and customer communications. Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending corrective actions. Assist with general warehouse administration and other operational tasks as required.
