Sourcing & Compliance Manager - About You, Skills & Requirements You'll be an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional from within fashion and textiles who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Significant experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing or product-led business. Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management experience. A proven track record of managing supplier compliance, governance and audit programmes. Good knowledge of garment and fabric manufacturing, materials and global supply markets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
