Assess potential business impacts and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor any changes to tariffs, anti-dumping duties, quotas, permits, etc. and support the business to adapt to those changes. Verify the presence of our products under restricted items listings (Security Trade Compliance controls). As part of their role, the Supply Chain Compliance Officer will perform a business-critical advisory role to the business as a subject matter expert: Develop procedures and work instructions with supply chain, logistics and quality teams to ensure they can execute appropriate checks in their day-to-day activities. Develop and roll out appropriate training across the organisation as needed. Drive knowledge sharing on all compliance topic, collaborating with US, China and NAGASE team as needed.
