Production Team Lead Working Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a planned transition to overnight operations (10:00pm to 6:00am) during 2026. Skills & Experience Full UK driving licence. Forklift Truck (FLT) certification advantageous but not essential. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and operational planning or inventory management systems. Proven ability to work towards deadlines and performance targets. Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain composed under pressure. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
