Key Responsibilities Administer, configure and maintain core financial systems, ensuring high levels of performance, security and reliability. Develop, test and deploy system customisations, scripts, workflows and third-party integrations. Manage multiple global projects simultaneously, delivering enhancements and new functionality across the financial systems landscape. Lead and mentor a small offshore support team, providing technical guidance and prioritising workload. Manage NetSuite's biannual release cycle, including sandbox testing, impact assessments and production deployment. Provide second and third-line technical support, resolving complex system issues and driving continuous improvement. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards and saved searches that provide meaningful business insights. Automate business processes through workflows, approval processes and system enhancements. Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to ensure data integrity, system stability and operational efficiency. Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials. Ensure financial systems remain compliant with internal controls, governance standards and regulatory requirements. About the Individual The successful candidate will combine strong technical capability with an excellent understanding of finance operations and business processes. They will be equally comfortable configuring enterprise systems, leading projects and engaging with stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions. They will typically bring: At least five years' experience administering and supporting NetSuite within a complex business environment.
