The Corporate Paralegal's Role The successful Corporate Paralegal will support the Corporate team across a broad range of transactional matters, including: Assisting on private equity, M&A and general corporate transactions Preparing board minutes, written resolutions and corporate documentation Conducting legal and corporate due diligence Managing virtual data rooms and reviewing transaction documents Preparing due diligence reports, closing checklists and transaction bibles Supporting transaction signings, completions and post-completion requirements Coordinating Companies House filings and maintaining statutory registers Drafting correspondence and legal research notes Liaising with clients, counterparties and external advisers Assisting with business development materials and client presentations Monitoring transaction deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently The Corporate Paralegal The successful Corporate Paralegal will ideally have: A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification Previous experience as a Corporate Paralegal, Legal Assistant or within a transactional legal team A genuine interest in corporate law, M&A or private equity Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines A proactive and professional approach Experience using Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Experience with virtual data rooms or Companies House filings would be advantageous In Return 26,000 to 30,000 salary Exposure to high-value corporate and private equity transactions Excellent mentoring from leading corporate lawyers High-quality international client work Ongoing training and career development Modern London office Collaborative and supportive team environment Strong long-term progression opportunities This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal looking to build their career within a leading international law firm, gaining exposure to complex corporate transactions while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced legal professionals.
