Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents' evenings and school events.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Is committed to high expectations and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
- A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement.
