We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership in Great Yarmouth, seeking a skilled Service Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors to join a professional team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and career development within the motor trade sector.

Duties:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop workload
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Advise customers on additional service and repair needs
- Ensure effective communication between customers and workshop team
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and vehicle service history
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Professional, proactive attitude
