Profile
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- Pharmacist with current GPhC registration
- Have previous experience working within a community pharmacy environment.
- Experience managing operations in a healthcare or retail setting.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
- A good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
