Accountabilities Safe delivery and setting people to work Set operatives and subcontractors to work with clear scope, task briefings, risk controls and quality expectations. Confirm those undertaking activities have the required competence, induction, task briefing and permits before work starts. Review RAMS, permits, temporary works controls and site constraints before commencing activities. Stop work and escalate where conditions, behaviours or competence do not support safe delivery. Project delivery and programme control Coordinate labour, plant, materials, access, traffic management, associated assets and supply chain resources to achieve short-term plans.
