Provide technical guidance and mentoring where appropriate. Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team. About you You're an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in 2nd and 3rd Line support. You enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues, take ownership of problems and are passionate about improving services through automation and continual improvement. You'll have: Demonstrable experience in 2nd and 3rd Line Infrastructure Support. Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Intune. Excellent PowerShell scripting skills, with experience automating operational tasks. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and/or the Power Platform. Experience managing Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Knowledge of endpoint management, device deployment and configuration. Experience working within ITIL-based support environments.
