Acting as a central point of coordination, you will work closely with clients, project teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure works are planned, scheduled, and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects and contracts. Schedule engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources efficiently. Monitor work progress and ensure operational deadlines and service levels are achieved. Support Project Managers with project administration, mobilisation, procurement, and project close-out activities. Raise purchase orders, source materials, and assist with cost tracking.
