Insolvency Solicitor NQ+ Dorset Competitive Salary DOE The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded Dorset law firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join its growing Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team.This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, someone due to qualify, or an experienced lawyer looking to develop a specialist career in insolvency law. Previous insolvency experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.You will work closely with a highly respected Partner who is also a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, gaining exposure to a broad range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters. The team acts predominantly for insolvency practitioners, including liquidators, administrators, and trustees in bankruptcy, providing high-quality legal advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
