Key Accountabilities: Conduct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives Challenge assumptions in budgets, forecasts, and business cases to ensure financial plans are robust and realistic Prepare presentations and analysis for senior leadership and PLC Board reporting Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy The ideal candidate for the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be: Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Have experience in FP&A, with demonstrated ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes Expert financial modelling and analytical skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as SAP In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset Desirable: Experience in a listed business or multi-entity group would be a significant advantage
