As a Senior Specialist Support Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Specialist Support Service area which includes our Independent Living and Extra Care schemes, Care Connect 24/7, Community Support and Tenancy Sustainment services. You will have a high level of contact with residents and customers on our services, some with complex needs and you will liaise regularly with internal teams and external agencies to deliver and promote our services. You will assist the service manager to continually improve and develop the Specialist Support service. This is a very dynamic and reactive 24/7 service, and you will be required to support the team out of hours on a on-call rota basis. It is essential that you have use of a vehicle which has business insurance cover to enable you to carry out your duties. A mileage allowance will be payable.
