Working with the Engagement and Activation team you will be an Account Manager for new Businesses to the Service! Acting as a first point of contact for your allocated clients, this is not your normal high volume, inbound customer service role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and sensitively. Strong administrative and numeracy skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
