Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable prestige dealership located in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to develop their careers within a well-established dealership with an excellent reputation. The successful Service Advisor will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst maximising workshop throughput and profitability.

• Basic salary of up to £30,000 per annum

Duties:

• Providing expert advice to customers on vehicle servicing and repairs
• Managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Liaising with technicians to guarantee timely completion of jobs
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer records
• Contributing to the overall positive reputation of the dealership

Requirements of the Service Advisor include:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and detail-oriented with good administrative abilities
• Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) is advantageous
