Responsibilities and Duties: Review and edit clinical reports following assessments and annual reviews, ensuring a high standard before issue Work across both detailed assessment reports and shorter review documents Ensure consistency in formatting, structure, tone and language Manage documents through workflow stages, meeting strict deadlines Liaise with internal teams and provide clear, constructive feedback to clinicians Qualifications and skills: Advanced Microsoft Word skills (formatting, track changes, document layout, tables, headers/footers) Exceptional attention to detail, spotting even minor errors Excellent grammar, spelling and written English Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines Ability to maintain consistency and follow structured style guidelines Professional and sensitive approach to language Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint About Ace Children s OT Established in 2012, the organisation delivers high-quality assessments and support for young people with developmental, neurological and chromosomal needs.
