The Role

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and clinical care
• Deliver outstanding patient experiences with a focus on trust and long-term relationships
• Work alongside a highly experienced support team who complete pre-screening
• Utilise advanced equipment including OCT and phoropter technology
• Maintain high clinical standards while contributing to a positive team culture

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with an engaging personality. This practice places huge importance on patient relationships and team culture, so the successful Optometrist will be approachable, personable and enjoy building rapport with both patients and colleagues.

Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, attitude and team fit are just as important as clinical ability.

• Salary up to £40,000 for newly qualified Optometrists
