Recruit, coach and develop consulting talent. Lead performance management, capability building and team development. Own revenue, margin and utilisation targets for the practice. Strong consulting background or significant experience scoping and leading complex transformation in relevant sectors. Existing network of senior clients across Government, Public Sector, Financial Services, Utilities or other regulated environments.
