Core duties: Act as a key interface between Digital Engineering teams and Engineering SMEs, supporting effective cross-functional collaboration Implement engineering processes and toolsets in line with programme schedules, ensuring business and capability requirements are met Support the development and optimisation of engineering toolchains and workflows to improve efficiency and performance Drive process improvement and workflow automation, promoting standardised ways of working across the organisation Monitor tool and process performance, using metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Contribute to the development of a new joint venture, helping establish effective ways of working from the outset Essential Skills: Experience within an aerospace, defence or engineering environment, with knowledge of engineering IT tools and processes Experience working in a systems engineering environment Understanding of the engineering lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple organisations Experience supporting process improvement, tool implementation or engineering transformation activities The Edgewing Team: By joining Edgewing, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape the company from the ground up - setting the foundations for generations to come, influencing how we work, and helping us build something world-class together.
