We re now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our new Children s Home (EBD) in Derby (DE21); a beautifully refurbished two-bed home ready for Ofsted registration.

What You ll Need:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People s Services)
Proven experience managing EBD or similar Children s Residential Homes
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
Confident leadership and staff development skills
A proactive, passionate approach to improving children s lives
