Key Responsibilities: Remove and refit vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim components following manufacturer repair methods Strip vehicles ready for Panel Beaters and Paint Technicians before rebuilding to factory standards Diagnose damaged components and identify additional repair requirements Ensure all removed parts are labelled, stored, and reinstalled correctly Carry out quality inspections throughout the repair and rebuild process Work closely with Vehicle Damage Assessors, Panel Beaters, Paint Technicians, and Workshop Controllers to maximise workshop efficiency Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications, BS10125 standards, and company quality procedures Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment while adhering to all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced, quality-focused Strip Fitter who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and ensuring every vehicle is rebuilt to the highest possible standard.
