Class 1 Driver SWI (M)

Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon.

Must have held licence for 12 months (category C+E)

Position: Class 1 Driver
Hours : starts between 00:00-03:00 and 16:00-19:00 some flexibility required.
Pay rate: 17.74- 22.18 ( unsociable hours between 20:00 - 05:00 will have an additional 1.71 uplift)
Shift pattern: Friday to Monday

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Deliveries from Swindon will be across the South Coast of England up to the Midlands.
• PM drivers will mostly cover trunking, some store overflow deliveries may be required.
• Conduct pre-trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
• Always provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
• CPC Card
• Digi Card
• Held licence for 12 months (category C+E)
