Business Development Executive Location: Birchwood, Warrington WA3 Salary: £28,500-£35,000 per annum, DOE Contract: Full Time, Permanent About Crosby Associates Media Crosby Associates Media is a results-driven media company specialising in advertising, content, partnerships, digital media across the building and construction sector, affordable housing and business communities. We work with ambitious brands and organisations to create impactful media solutions that drive growth and visibility. The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Business Development Executive to represent Crosby Associates Media across these markets. This role is ideal for a strong B2B sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships. You will be the front line of our growth identifying opportunities, initiating contact with decision-makers, and positioning our media solutions with credibility and clarity. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities, leveraging CRM, business data and AI-lead generation technology • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting • Confidently pitch Crosby Associates Media s services to senior decision-makers • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through close • Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities • Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and industry interactions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients • Track activity and performance using CRM tools and sales reports Required Experience & Skills • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a business development or new business role within media or the construction sector. • Strong cold calling skills with a track record of booking meetings and closing deals • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities • Confidence speaking with C-level executives and senior stakeholders • Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organisation skills • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics Preferred (Nice to Have) • Previous experience in media, advertising, publishing, or digital marketing • Existing network of B2B contacts or media buyers • Experience selling high-value or consultative solutions • Familiarity with CRM systems What We Offer • Competitive base salary plus excellent performance-based commission • Opportunity to represent a respected and growing media brand • High level of autonomy and ownership over your pipeline • Supportive, fast-moving team environment • Clear growth and advancement opportunities • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off • Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 9am-4.45pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm Ready to take the next step in your sales career Apply today and join a growing international media business where high performance is recognised and rewarded.
