Support emergency response arrangements and major incident management where required. Produce and present operational performance reports to senior stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with residents, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, health and safety, and continuous improvement. Profile Significant experience managing responsive repairs services within a social housing environment. Experience leading operational teams, contractors, and frontline service delivery functions. Strong knowledge of repairs, maintenance, voids, damp and mould, and disrepair management. Experience managing budgets, operational performance, and service improvement programmes. Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience. Experience supporting audits, inspections, regulatory reviews, or assurance activities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
