They provide R&M, planned maintenance, FRA and compliance solutiosn to local authorities and housing associations across the UK. Within this particular role, you would be responsible for the compliance workstreams which will include Fire Safety, M&E, Legionella & Gas. Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures across the housing stock.
